What is the density of your memory foam?

We use a range of 2.5 lb to 3 lb density memory foam in all of our mattresses. The rebound is much quicker, which means you can change positions with ease and not feel “stuck.” Our memory foam is not affected by changes in temperature. You do not have to wait for your body temperature to “warm” the mattress up, so it will not be firmer in a cooler room and softer in a warmer room. It will have a consistent feel no matter the room temperature.

Will compressing a mattress damage the cellular structure of the foam?

No, we use foam that will not be damaged by compression. We have done extensive testing to make sure our mattresses completely rebound once they are removed from the box and packaging.

Please note: we recommend decompressing the mattress before 30 days.

Is there a weight limit on your mattresses?

We use a high quality support foam, so we have no weight limits for any of our memory foam mattresses.

Do I need a foundation or can I use my existing box springs?

All memory foam mattresses are designed to work on a flat, sturdy, non-spring foundation. We highly recommend purchasing a foundation made specifically for memory foam mattresses. Using an inadequate foundation will void the mattress warranty. All foundations we offer are qualified foundations. If you choose to use your existing box springs, it must be flat, sturdy, and not have spaces wider than 5 inches on the surface. If you can press the foundation down with your hand, it is not sturdy enough. If it is nice and sturdy, but has spacing on the top surface wider than 5 inches, you can use a piece of 3/8 inch plywood on top of your box springs to cover the gaps. Here is a link to our memory foam foundations. If you have any questions please contact us.

Is your foam CertiPUR-US® certified?

Yes, all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, which means they do not contain any harmful chemicals. For more information, visit CertiPUR-US®.

How do I clean the mattress cover?

If something has happened to your mattress cover we recommend spot cleaning it with a mild household fabric or upholstery cleaner. Be sure to test a small area first to ensure that the cleaner doesn’t cause any discoloration or damage the fabric in any way. You should also avoid using any thick bristled brushes to scrub the cover as this can cause damage to the fabric as well. We do recommend a waterproof mattress protector to keep your mattress looking great and stain free.
